Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: - All coaching sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance - Sessions can be booked through our online scheduling system - Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session - Session duration is 30 minutes unless otherwise specified - All times listed are in CST Cancellation Policy: - We understand that life with children can be unpredictable, but we maintain this policy to respect everyone's time. - Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund or credit for a future session. - Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund or credit. - Cancellations made within 24 hours or less notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit. - Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at the coach's discretion. Rescheduling Policy: - Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the original appointment time at no additional cost. - Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a late cancellation and will be charged $20 late fee. - All rescheduled sessions must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment. - Limited to two reschedules per purchased session. No-Show Policy: - If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided notice, it will be considered a "no-show". - No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. - After two no-shows, future booking privileges may be restricted. Technical Issues: - If technical problems prevent the session from taking place, we will reschedule at no additional cost. - Please test your equipment before the session to ensure a smooth experience. - A stable internet connection is required for online sessions. Late Arrival: - Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of when you join. - If you're running late, please notify us as soon as possible. - Sessions may be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice. Package Bookings: - Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. - Package sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another family member. - Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to individual sessions within packages. Special Circumstances: - We understand that parenting comes with unique challenges. - Please communicate any special circumstances or needs when booking. - We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
